TwoDo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TwoDo app, website, and related services.

Using TwoDo

You may use TwoDo only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under your account.

Accounts and Households

TwoDo allows users to create and join shared households. Information you add to a household may be visible to other members of that household. You are responsible for who you invite and what information you choose to share there.

Subscriptions

TwoDo may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium household features. Subscription purchases are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
• If a subscription expires, premium features may become unavailable, but previously stored premium data may remain in the account and become accessible again if you resubscribe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TwoDo for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the app beyond what law permits.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use of the service poses security, legal, or operational risks.

Disclaimer

TwoDo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no guarantees that the service will always be available, accurate, or free from defects.
